If water constantly runs into the bowl, the cistern takes too long to fill, or the flush button feels loose, usually only the internal flush/fill valve needs to be replaced rather than the entire toilet bowl.
You need to know the 'rough-in' distance (distance from the wall to the center of the discharge pipe trap on the floor). Standard S-trap distances in Singapore HDBs are usually 6, 8, or 10 inches. We can measure this for you on-site.
